Be A Healthy Person; Have a Lot of Healthy Friends 


           Foods. When we speak about foods, the first thing that would sink in into our mind is "delicious" foods. But, does our delicious foods that we're eating everyday were healthy?
            To be a healthy person is the most wonderful blessing of God! before we were born, God already given us a healthy body but because of our carelessness; the blessing of God is gone. Why? Because we're just only eating junk foods, unhealthy foods and many more that is not good our health. eating healthy foods contributes a good looking body. That's why, we should eat green leafy vegetables and fruits so we should have to balance our food that's why, we should need also to eat meat, eggs and sweet foods. A daily exercise contributes a lot to be a healthy person that's why we need also to take a daily exercise.
            A healthy person have a lot of healthy friends. So, if you want to have a lot of friends, you don't need to be a popular person but to be a HEALTHY PERSON!
